Cancellation Policy

At Hollystic Health and Wellness, we understand that that things pop up and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, however we do require a minimum or 24 hours notice to allow us to time to allocate the appointment to another patient. As a considerable amount of time is often put into patient preparation and research in the days prior to your appointment, this notice period also ensures valuable time is not wasted.

Appointments fees are taken in full at the time of your booking. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or cancellations made within the 48 hour time period will result in a cancellation fee of 100% charge of appointment. Under exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the clinic.

Given that you advise of at least 24 hours notice, a full refund of the fees paid will be provided or alternatively, the appointment will be rescheduled to another time.

We respect and value your time and in return, appreciate your consideration of ours.
